Collection and Use of Information about You

We retain and use customer information obtained solely for the purpose of delivering our services. Information regarding customers is used solely in the legitimate conduct of our business.

How We Use It

ACH Alert uses information in different ways such as to alert customers of incoming ACH debits or exceptions for outgoing ACH credits and Wire transactions as per the customer’s pre-defined rules and to also facilitate automation of the dispute resolution process.

Employee Access

At ACH Alert, our employees are informed of their responsibility to protect customer information and are educated about the importance of confidentiality and privacy. Employees are required to sign and to comply with a security policy when they are hired. The employee’s access to customer information is authorized for business purposes only.

Sharing Information

ACH Alert will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. We will only disclose customer information when we are required to do so by lawful judicial process or by court order. Our agreements with these service providers contain confidentiality restrictions and provisions on using this information for any other purposes.

Data Security Information

We maintain security standards and procedures to help prevent unauthorized access to confidential customer information. Our information is stored on servers located in a secure data center. State of the art, security technology is used to prevent system servers and computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons. Protecting customers’ personal information is a critical part of our business.

Deborah Peace, AAP

A seasoned 25-year business executive whose deep subject matter expertise and creative forward thinking in ACH payment processing has been demonstrated through her success in bringing to market, ACH ALERT™ and her former company, ACH Commerce – a software development and third-party processing firm.  After five years beginning in 2000, Deborah built the firm’s business base to more than 350 financial institution and 4500 business clients, processing over 4 billion dollars per month in transaction volume.  Deborah’s success attracted MoneyGram International Inc., to acquire ACH Commerce. She followed the deal as Vice President ACH, providing ACH product vertical leadership to MoneyGram through 2007. Deborah’s distinguished leadership in the ACH payment domain has been underscored by the recognition she received from industry leaders, including regulators, bankers and trade associations. Her leadership abilities in the ACH space were also recognized by an appointment to the Federal Reserve Board’s Consumer Advisory Council, where she served from 2005 through 2007.  In 2002 she worked in close partnership with state of TN banking examiners to provide ACH and risk management training.  Most recently, she was invited to present ACH ALERT™ ‘s unique risk management technology to the OCC in New York.

A successful entrepreneur and business executive with over 35 years of experience in multiple industries, David’s sales and marketing insight have resulted in the successful development and sale of multiple business ventures. David’s keen marketing acumen led to his developing the instrumental growth and “go to market” strategy for ACH ALERT™  and his former company ACH Commerce. His sales and marketing leadership drove service subscription growth to more than 350 financial institutions and 4,500 corporate customers. David was a key contributor in building ACH Commerce’s recurring revenue base – a key to its successful acquisition by MoneyGram International Inc. David joined MoneyGram’s organization as the Director of ACH Sales and served in that role through 2007. His successful turnkey solution strategy was shaped through an understanding of small to medium-sized bank needs, acquired in successive roles as a community bank organizer and bank board member.
